Experience about Mo : Mo

In the first day of our ISA project our ISA coordinators came in our class and tell us about what we are going to make at this Christmas and for our project. And we decided to make mo:mo. After  then we make four leader and each of them have their group members. And our project coordinators told us what are the materials and ingredients required for us to make mo:mo. And we stmake a list of materials and we divided each of the group  one material and told to bring on Monday.

 After that we went to the hotel and we learn how to make mo:mo and how they prepare it. And also we ask them some question that how many kima and maida and needed to make mo:mo . They said they have to buy lots of it .In the next day we make a routine and give all the students to bring money for mo;mo which will be prepared by class 8. And in that day we make a ingredients list how many thing we have to buy. And Sunday all the students bring their money and we collect the money  and it was something about 26000 .And in Monday all the class 8 students bring their materials and we collect keep them in one place. After that our coordinators teacher decided who are going to buy for ingredients and who are going to cut the onion ginger etc. In that day we cut all the onions and make Doe for mo:mo.In Tuesday we came to school and we started to make kima Doe and try shape of mo:mo. And we all distribute the mo:mo to all the students of our school.

As we know it will be difficult to make mo :mo for all students to make mo :mo who are making for first time. But it was to tasty and all the class 8 was to tired. And also to our coordinators to help us in every need and giving us this big opportunities to class 8  . Thank you so much that we can learn more and we can make at our home also.
